自主招生是中国高等教育招生改革扩大高校自主权的重要措施。自主招生选拔由高校自行组织，一般由笔试、面试两部分组成。通过自主招生选拔的考生必须参加高考(07年起上海地区考生通过复旦、上海交大的自主招生选拔后，高考成绩可仅作参考)，在高考录取时可获得20分或不等的优惠。自从2003年开始，我国就通过实施高校自主招生探索人才选拔制度改革，允许部分高校拿出一定比例的招生名额，以选拔那些由高考不容易被发现的有特殊才能的学生。根据教育部要求，自主招生人数不能超过试自主招生面试点学校年度本科招生计划总数的5％。

自主招生六大特别提醒
1、自荐VS校荐
申请方式分为“校荐”和“自荐”两种。
绝大多数院校同时接受“校荐”和“自荐”。但有少数院校只接受校荐，以2021年的招生简章来看，就有中央财经大学、同济大学、北大医学部等。而中国人民大学更加特殊，指出有“校荐”资格的考生可以任意选择学校提供的专业，但是“自荐”的考生只能在物理学、化学、人文科学实验班(国学)、中国革命史与中国******党史、美术学专业等5个专业中选择。
据统计，以“校荐”资格申请自主招生获得通过海选的比例远大于以“自荐”方式，“校荐”几乎95%能通过院校的海选，而以“自荐”方式通过海选的比例不超过20%，因此有实力拿到“校荐”资格的考生要尽量争取拿到心仪院校的“校荐”。需要指出的是，“校荐”并不是学校在推荐信上盖了章就算是学校推荐，因为所有考生申请的材料都必须经过中学盖章，只有拿到中学的推荐名额才算是学校的校荐。

　　2021年，全国共有10万余名学生报考，6万余人获得初试资格。
招录情况
清华大学 2021年，有超过1万名考生报名，5000人获得笔试资格，1000余人入围面试，最终1300余人获得自主选拔资格。
上海交大 2021年，有超过3万人报名，1.8万余人获得笔试资格。最终有760余人获得自主选拔资格。
中国科技大 2021年，有超过1万人报名考生获得笔试资格，最终有310余人获得自主选拔资格。
南京大学 2021年有2万余人报名，6000余人获得笔试资格，最终600余人获得自主选拔资格。
浙江大学 2021年有1.3万余人报名，1000余人获得面试资格，最终790余人获得自主选拔资格。
西安交大 2021年有1万余人报名，1200人获得面试资格，最终700余人获得自主选拔资格。
中国人大 2021年，有接近2万人报名，4500余人获得笔试资格，1400余人获得面试资格，最终有780余人获得自主选拔资格。
以上表格上来得出以下结论：
1.自主招生过关率保持在5%——8%左右。
2.很多院校学生报名人数不断增加，并且获得自主选拔资格的人数不断增加，这对裸分考试的学生来说挑战性越来越强。

2、如何选择目标学校
案例：考生晨晨在自主招生中拿到了外经贸20分的加分，而经过了几个月的学习，成绩具备了冲击人民大学的实力，这时报考外经贸将万无一失，而放弃人大又心有不甘，于是左右为难。
建议考生和家长根据自己的实际情况来制定，既不能好高骛远，也不能太过保守。具体操作时，可以选择2所目标院校，一所是与考生平时实力相当的院校;另一所略高于考生的平日实力，并且通过努力是完全能够得着的院校。
3、如何准备申请材料
申请材料一般包括申请表(报名表)、个人陈述、推荐资料及附属材料。
(1)申请材料所覆盖的内容一般有：
①成绩
有的高校需要很详细的从高一至高三期中和期末的成绩以及年级排名;
②竞赛奖项
只要在高中阶段获奖的都可以为自主招生初审通过增加筹码;
③作品

(1)个人陈述一定要务实，这也是写个人陈述最重要的一点。类似于“我是个德智体全面发展的学生”、“我乐于助人”、“我相信功夫不负有心人”这样的话很空洞，任何人都可以说，就体现不出一个人的闪光点。 如果想要体现自己某一方面的能力，一定不能泛泛而谈，尽可能举例说明。如果参加过社会工作，如志愿者等，都可以写出来。写作时要实事求是、条理清晰地书写，不要用花哨的语言对自己大加赞扬，语言要朴实、诚恳、实事求是。作假是大忌。
(2)个人陈述要分清主次，有所强调。每个申请自主招生考试的学生应该都是很优秀的，都有着丰富、骄人的经历，但是这些经历不可能都写进去，因此就要有所强调，突出自己身上最重要同时也是招生老师最欣赏的能力，去强调那些能够体现这些能力的经历。

5、如何准备笔试
自主招生考试的笔试要比高考(论坛)题难，比各类竞赛题容易。由于考试时间在一轮考试之后，因此考生只要在学校跟着老师扎扎实实地做好一轮复习即可，此外，可以对热点话题有所了解，以此来开阔视野，也不至于在评述时无话可说。
6、如何准备面试
自主招生的面试题目灵活多变，不可预测。准备时不必在话题方面花费太多精力。而要在心态、思维、语言表达、礼仪等方面进行准备。

高校自主招生评价标准的相似点

一、所在中学要求
　　属于普通中学学生的机会不多，根据高校对中学的要求，可预估自己获得自主招生资格的可能性
　　在目前的教育体制下，每所中学的师资力量、办学条件还是相差较大的，因此，一个学生在哪一所学校求学，是省重点、地区重点，还是一般学校，一定程度决定外界对你的整体素质的评价。由于自主招生高校都是一本院校，因此参加这些高校自主招生的学生主要集中在省重点和地区重点中学。属于普通中学学生的机会不多，这是现在的客观现实。
　　自主招生高校对学生所在中学的要求表现在两方面：一是有的学校实行学校推荐制或中学校长实名推荐制，目前这些学校只把推荐名额给一些好的中学；二是有的高校对申请者实行筛选，会对学校层次和学生成绩排名提出建议要求等。根据高校的这种要求，同学们也可评估自己参加自主招生获得自主招生资格的可能性。

二、学业成绩要求
　　在自主招生体系里，学习成绩很重要，不要误以为高校要招“偏才”和“怪才”
　　有同学问，自主招生还要看学习成绩吗？你们不是要“偏才”和“怪才”吗？这其实是一个误解。
　　高校在自主招生时，通常会要求学生提供中学平时成绩，包括高一、高二重要考试的成绩，不仅有绝对分数，还要有你在这个班级或者整个年级里的排名，因为这样的排名可以反映你的学习能力。
　　大学会以学生的排名来看他的学习能力是否达到学校的基本要求。比如，有的大学提出，申请者最好是市示范性高中的前50名，区重点的前20名，普通中学的前3名等。在学校审阅学生的材料时，会根据这所学校的总体情况和学生的成绩排名，考察学生的学业。比如，如果某所中学往年考进某大学的学生，学业成绩位列这所中校的前50%，那么，大学在筛选学生时，就可能会参照这一标准，成绩在这所中学50%左右者，入围这所大学的笔试的希望就很大。

三、竞赛获奖要求
　　竞赛又分为两类。一类是硬性竞赛，也可称为学科竞赛。很多高校的自主招生都向学生提出了五大类学科竞赛成绩的要求。所谓五大类学科竞赛，就是数学、物理、化学、信息科学、生物科学的全国竞赛。这与教育部对保送生资格界定所要求的学科竞赛成绩一致，只是高校的要求相对低一些，比如获得全国三等奖以上或者省市的二、三等奖。
　　另一类是软性竞赛，也可称为非学科综合能力竞赛，比如创新大赛、创业大赛、才艺竞赛、辩论赛、演讲赛、技能大赛等。这些竞赛可以反映出一名同学的综合素质情况，也受到高校的重视。
