近日，一位家长收到儿子从学校带回的奖励券让他兑现的消息引起了很多人的关注，也引起了有关学校那些令人印象深刻的操作的讨论。……在自己上学的经历中，学校就有过类似这样的操作。具体来说包括去公园挖池塘、去远郊野外河边春游，以及清晨起来组织排球比赛这三件事。

2，小学时学校曾经组织我们去远郊的河边春游，事后感觉后怕。
春游是非常开心快乐的事情，但是学校组织春游一直很谨慎，怕出现意外情况。……不过，小学的时候有一次学校却组织我们去很远很远的远郊的河边春游，虽然当时我们玩的很开心，那次春游也堪称成功，但事后回想起来自己却感觉有点后怕，如果当时出了问题，真的会很严重。
3，学校曾经在学生清晨起床以后组织排球比赛，让我们非常无语。
大学的时候，有一次学校组织我们在清晨进行了一场排球比赛。……当时同学们刚刚起床，一个个懵懵懂懂，以这样的状态参加排球比赛，结果可想而知。现在想起来，那次活动真的非常奇葩。……虽然这些事情令人感到很奇葩，但是这也成为自己学生经历当中非常有趣的经历，给自己留下的印象非常深刻。

作为护士，我遇到了太多难忘的事情，无论是快乐的还是悲伤的，都让我深刻地认识到护士的使命感和责任感。其中一些经历，我觉得值得分享：
1. 挽救患者生命
有一次夜班，我正在帮助一个患者换药时，突然听到一个奇怪的嗓子声。我转过身去，发现另一个患者正在呕吐。我立刻跑过去检查，然后发现他的呼吸和心跳都几乎停止了。我们15分钟内采用了紧急治疗，连续的按压和除颤术使他的心跳恢复正常。我记得当他醒来时，看到的是他家人感激的眼泪和我们团队交换胜利的自豪，这是我成为护士一直追求的目标和动力所在。
2. 陪同患者度过难关
另一次经历是看到一个癌症患者在安静且平静的环境中度过生命的最后一个星期。我和他的家庭成员一起负责照顾他，给予他所需的照料，陪伴他，不断地安慰和鼓励他，使他不再孤单。当他逝世时，尽管我很悲伤，但我很欣慰他能够在家庭的陪伴下，享受到我们提供的最佳护理。
3. 聆听患者的故事
还有一次在夜班时，一个患者的心情很低落，身体也十分虚弱。凭借我的聆听技能，我很快意识到，患者感到寂寞并渴望倾听。于是，我坐在他床旁听他述说他年轻时的生活、儿时回忆和亲人。我的关心和专业一对一的陪伴，几乎可以看到他的精神状态在逐渐灵活起来，这让我认识到和理解到了护理中的心理支持的重要性。
4. 表达爱意和关怀
在另一个例子中，一个孤独的老人因没有亲属和朋友，使他身体和心理状况都非常差。在提供基础护理的同时，我们给他更多的关爱，比如为他剪指甲、化妆、揉搓他的背部等，以及与他谈话。我们坚信，每一个患者都是我们的兄弟或姐妹，他们的生命同样重要。我们在工作中不仅要给予他们医疗保健，还要实践爱与关怀。
这些经历都让我记忆深刻，也让我深知身为一名护士，我们要具备的技能和品质，其中情感支持、专业服务以及团队合作精神尤为重要。让我们一起为护理事业尽职尽责，共同努力，为每一个患者提供最佳的照护和服务。
