One Thousand and One Nights

This book is simply wonderful. The tales involved are tales of the Persian Gulf, of Bagdhad, Arabia, and tales that we as adults should revisit for some enjoyable light reading that will make us smile and wonder at the old folklore of the Arabian Peninsula. Sinbad the Sailor is in there, as is Aladdin in it's original form, and the story begins of a king who is so upset by his wife's unfaithfulness that he will now only accept virgins for one night and then have them killed. A smart virgin begins her night with the infamous king by telling him stories, and she so fascinates him and enthralls him with her tales that the tales turn into folklore for readers of the ages. I won't tell you what happens in the end to the virgin princess, but you will find humor, enchantment, wisdom and fantasy for those times when stress becomes a factor in your life. I highly recommend the tale of "The Historic Fart" as a both funny and inspiring tale of human nature. Please buy this book and remember to become a nine -12 year old again as you read with curiosity and wonder at the fabulous enchanting, lively stories. I was beginning to wish my children were a bit younger so I could read these to them. Any child would enjoy these stories, and any adult will find them simply relaxing and a reflection of medieval Islam.

　　相信《一千零一夜》大家都不陌生，它是一生必读的经典。我这里想向大家推荐的就是《一千零一夜》。
　　《一千零一夜》里有很多个故事，其中，我最喜欢的三个故事是：《阿拉丁和神灯的故事》、《巴士拉银匠哈桑的故事》、《航海家辛巴达的故事》。我为什么喜欢这三个故事呢？因为它们主人公都有冒险的经历，而且他们都机智勇敢，所以我最喜欢这三个故事。下面我为大家简介一下其中一个故事。
　　《阿拉丁与神灯》：阿拉丁很穷，一天，一个魔法师来到阿拉丁家里，把他带到了神秘的藏宝区，他让阿拉丁去把宝藏和神灯带回来，阿拉丁照办，由于他不把神灯交给魔法师，魔法师把他关在地窖里。阿拉丁出来了，长成一个大人，公主使他不思茶饭，母亲只好答应让公主嫁给他。由于魔法师把公主连同宫殿和宫殿里的人搬走了，阿拉丁便想了条法子，把魔法师杀了，最后又把大魔法师给杀了。他与公主过上美好的生活。
　　《一千零一夜里的故事》生动有趣，很容易吸引读者的兴趣，我很喜欢这本书，因为它让我知道了很多故事，希望大家尽量时间让出来读书，因为书是人类进步的阶梯！

This book of fairy tales, I realized that: to be honest, can not account for other people's cheap, and should themselves strive for, but also understand the problems encountered do not stress, fear, if they work hard, have a solution to any difficulties. 《一千零一夜》是世界文学宝库中的一颗璀璨的明珠，更是一部具有浓厚的生活气息和鲜明民族特点的好书，是一本充满智慧和美好的书，这部名着内容丰富，故事情节曲折离奇，表现了人间善、恶、丑、美的特点。它讲述了阿拉伯世界一个个美丽曲折动人的故事，这些故事是由阿拉伯民族智慧、才华凝聚成的，书中的很多故事已经家喻户晓，如《阿里巴巴和四十大盗》、《神灯》、《辛巴德航海历险记》等。　　它们都是曲折生动、想象丰富，大多数令人感动。《辛巴德航海历险记》讲述了一位商人七次出海，每次出海都碰到种种磨难，而他把这些困难一一克服，最后成了一名富翁。而《神童智审资金案》用一个神童竟然审出了一庄连聪明法官也审不出的案子的故事，告诉我们不能忽略细节。　　不过，我对《阿里巴巴和四十大盗》的印象最深，文中讲述了一个叫阿里巴巴的年轻人的故事。有一次，他到山里砍柴，无意中发现了四十大盗的藏宝洞，知道了其中的秘密，于是乘强盗走后，装了三袋金子回家了。可是由于哥哥的贪心，不但自己丢掉性命，还暴露了阿里巴巴。强盗们四处寻找阿里巴巴，发誓要报仇。　　有一天，不知内情的阿里巴巴的侄子把打扮成商人的强盗头子带到了家中，可是强盗头子又被聪明细心的女拥发现，她在跳舞助兴时将强盗头子杀死。　　后来，阿里巴巴来到了那个藏宝的山洞，取出金币分给了穷人。　　故事中阿里巴巴淳朴善良，爱护穷人，不贪财；马尔基娜聪明过人，心思缜密，机智勇敢，马尔基娜的聪明机智令我非常敬佩。　　书中还有许许多多的故事，《商人和魔鬼》的故事让我明白了遇到困难要勤动脑筋，勇于克服。《哈希卜和蛇女王》让我明白了做人要讲诚信，不能失信于人。《阿拉丁神灯》的故事让我明白了做人一定要善良。　　这本书里的童话故事让我领悟到：做人要诚实，不能占别人的便宜，应该自己努力争取，也明白了遇到问题时不要紧张、害怕，只要努力，任何困难都有解决的办法。

清爽的春风吹遍神州，这个时节捧着小说看，真的很惬意，于是，我津津有味地“啃”完了一本“大故事牵小故事，小故事连大故事”的《一千零一夜》。
《一千零一夜》是世界各国人民熟知的阿拉伯经典文学作品。是一个幻想故事世界，人们一看，便会在此尽情遨游，还会有峰回路转，柳暗花明的奇感！定会让你在字里行间流连忘返！
我觉得这《一千零一夜》里的故事有好有不好，比如说《渔夫朱德尔的奇遇》就属于不好，朱德尔是靠力量和运气来获得幸福的，但《阿拉丁的神灯》就是属于好一类里的，因为阿拉丁靠的是一颗不气馁、勇敢的一颗心来夺得幸福的。
我之所以喜欢阿拉丁这个人物,因为阿拉丁是一个只知道吃喝玩乐的穷小孩,一次偶然的机会, 在一个魔发师的引导下,他得到了一盏神灯。在自己的努力下，他过上了幸福的生活。我觉得人不仅要靠运气,还要靠自己的智慧,不然的话, 一旦失去了神灯,就没办法了。
阿拉丁的智慧表现在,他失去了神灯后,依然凭借自己的智慧杀死了魔发师,夺回了神灯.《阿拉丁神灯》让我知道了做人要善良,乐于助人,面对困难,要机智应付,从容面对.
总之，这本书里的童话故事让我领悟到：做人要诚实，不能占别人的便宜，应该自己努力争取。也明白了遇到问题时不要紧张，害怕，只要努力，任何困难都有解决的办法。我想：我们努力应该让自己的能力得到淋漓尽致的发挥，让我们的生命充满奇迹！
